We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Baker to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and producing a variety of bakery products while ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other bakery products according to standard recipes.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
- Perform dough preparation, proofing, shaping, and baking.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Operate baking equipment safely and report any faults.
- Support daily outlet operations when required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in baking or F&B preferred (training provided for junior candidates)
- Able to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Positive attitude and team player
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: S$2,200 - S$3,200 (depending on experience)
