Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall quality and safety of food products within the Central Kitchen.
- Ensure all products meet internal standards as well as regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and review food quality and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct and manage regular inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
- Maintain and continuously improve quality control processes and systems.
- Investigate customer feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure all products are produced in compliance with established QA protocols.
- Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operations.
- Monitor product quality standards and ensure consistency.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and relevant AVA/NEA regulations.
- Lead and manage all quality assurance-related activities.
- Support product and process development initiatives.
- Assist in R&D activities, including product trials, testing, and food tasting.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Quality Assurance Officer/Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant QA experience in the F&B industry (e.g., central kitchen, manufacturing, or inspection environments).
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP and local regulatory requirements (AVA/NEA).
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
