CNC MACHINISTS (MILLING)

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust and operate CNC machines and precision tools
• Fabricate machine parts according to required specifications
• Prepare and arrange materials for fabrication
• Deburr and polish fabricated parts after machining
• Conduct QC checks on materials and fabricated parts
• Conduct good housekeeping and ensure safe working environment in the production area and workshop
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Professional certificate, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent
• Preferably 1 to 2 years working experience in precision, manufacturing or semiconductor industry
• Meticulous with an eye for detial and adopts a hands-on approach
• Hardworking, organized, responsible, and able to work independently
• Possess a positive work attitude and eager to learn new skills
• Possess good communication skills
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
• Ability to understand basic technical instruction and standard operation procedures (SOP)
• Able to work under tight schedules and meet production deadlines
• Able to work overtime weekdays and weekends when required
• Able to do shift work when required
• Training and shift allowance will be provided
