WE ARE HIRING | MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support to manufacturing teams, improve production processes, resolve technical issues and drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and advice to Manufacturing Technicians for new programs and ongoing program enhancements.

• Establish manufacturing procedures and maintain proper documentation control.

• Develop Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC programs and Tool/Gauge Plans using Siemens NX.

• Initiate productivity improvement activities, including equipment and fixture selection, design and deployment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising from internal and external customer feedback.

• Conduct feasibility studies for manufacturing capacity, facility layout improvements and expansion.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across existing manufacturing systems and processes.

• Participate in company-wide productivity, quality and Lean Manufacturing programs.

• Prepare business justifications for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects.

• Support cost reduction and continuous improvement plans through Lean Manufacturing concepts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.

• Experience with Unigraphics / Siemens NX or other CAD/CAM applications.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of precision machining, such as CNC 5-axis, lathe and milling.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong teamwork and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
