Responsibilities
- Manage life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing
- candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring
- managers and negotiating offers.
- Proactively direct source for talent through social media, employee referrals, competitive
- intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other innovative channels.
- Communicate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
- Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
- Administer all required documentation for interviews, background checks, hiring and
- onboarding.
- Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Participant in hiring exhibition like career fair and develop relationship with universities for youth hiring
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 8 years experience in talent acquisition or full cycle recruiting experience
- Expertise in niche skills sourcing, passive to active conversion, engagement.
- Must possess a high degree of initiative, attention to detail and resourcing capability
- Good relationship management skills and capability in engaging stakeholders and various levels either on-site or remote.
- Solid experience in managing the full cycle or end-to-end recruitment process with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within a changing, fast-moving environment
