HR Manager - Talent Acquisition (Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 8 recruiters, provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
• Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational hiring objectives
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all recruitment processes and workflows
• Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices to continuously refine and enhance talent acquisition strategies
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, producing regular reports and actionable insights for senior management
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (e.g., hiring managers) and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies, academic institutions)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or related sector
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing recruitment teams and managing large-scale hiring volumes
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, tools, and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proven capability in developing and executing strategic hiring plans that meet business needs
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and planning skills
