HR Manager - Talent Acquisition (Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ateam of 8 recruiters, provide ongoingcoaching, mentorship, and performance management
• Collaborate in the development and execution ofstrategic talent acquisition plansaligned with organizational hiring objectives
• Driveoperational excellenceby ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all recruitment processes and workflows
• Stay current withindustry trends, market intelligence, and best practicesto continuously refine and enhance talent acquisition strategies
• Monitor and analyzerecruitment metrics, producing regular reports and actionable insights forsenior management
• Build and maintain strong partnerships withinternal stakeholders(e.g., hiring managers) andexternal partners(e.g., recruitment agencies, academic institutions)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum10 years of experienceintalent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within thehealthcareor related sector
• Demonstrated success inleading high-performing recruitment teamsand managinglarge-scale hiring volumes
• Strong understanding ofend-to-end recruitment processes, tools, and market trends
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillswith the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proven capability in developing and executingstrategic hiring plansthat meet business needs
• Highlydetail-oriented, with strongorganizational and planning skills
