Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of HR operations and full cycle hiring process.
  • Handle annual salary review and bonus process by working closely with all Business Line leaders to ensure salaries and bonuses proposed are within approved budget.
  • Assist and participate in the annual manpower budget exercise jointly with Finance to ensure timely and in full submission of the budget.
  • Analyse trends in benefits especially medical benefits and insurances for insights and market trends in developing a compelling and competitive proposal for annual insurances renewal and forward-looking benefits to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees.
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
  • Assess employees needs by conducting surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees.
  • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications for internal and external salary benchmarking purposes.
  • Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Conduct periodic audits and prepare ad-hoc data requests and reports for employment trends, such as salary expectations predictions for the new year.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources/Business/Organization Development or equivalent.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in handling full spectrum of HR.
  • Good knowledge and experience in leading practices and trends in Total Rewards.
  • Good with numbers and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently without supervision.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity and keeping abreast with current employment rules and regulations.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in managing group insurance schemes.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of data (strong in Excel).
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
