M&E Supervisor

Job Duties

• To support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
• Planning / Scheduling and coordination of M&E works.
• Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work.
• Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
• Oversee and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/ or QM requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit or BIM software.
