Job Description

1. Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems using Revit
2. Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for electrical services, including cable trays, trunking, conduits, and equipment layouts
3. Produce accurate shop drawings and coordination drawings based on BIM models
4. Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Architectural, and Civil) to resolve design conflicts
5. Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plans (BEP)
6. Update and revise models in response to design changes, site conditions, and client requirements
7. Support engineers and BIM coordinators with model development, documentation, and project deliverables

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of BIM modelling experience for Electrical services
3. Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
4. Familiar with BIM coordination processes and drawing production
5. Good teamwork and communication skills
6. Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
