Job Description

We are a recruitment agency representing a construction tech company that uses BIM, digital tools, and sustainable building solutions to help real estate developers, contractors, and government projects build faster, smarter, and greener.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    Develop markets and acquire new clients (design institutes, contractors, developers, universities) within assigned regions or sectors.
  2. Solution-Based Sales:
    Provide BIM solution consulting by aligning software capabilities with client needs (design collaboration, clash detection, construction simulation, cost estimation, facility management).
  3. End-to-End Sales Cycle:
    Manage full sales process from lead generation, needs analysis, solution proposal, negotiation, contract signing, to payment collection.
  4. Internal & External Collaboration:
    Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
  5. Brand Representation:
    Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and webinars conduct presentations and product demos.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of enterprise software/solution sales experience (e.g., CAD, PLM, ERP, engineering software) hybrid technical-sales background preferred.
  2. Diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Management, or related fields (Bachelor's preferred).
  3. Strong client engagement, negotiation, and key account management skills.
  4. Solid understanding of BIM concepts, workflows, and industry trends familiarity with tools such as Revit.
  5. Highly self-driven with strong learning agility able to work under sales targets and pressure.
