We are a recruitment agency representing a construction tech company that uses BIM, digital tools, and sustainable building solutions to help real estate developers, contractors, and government projects build faster, smarter, and greener.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
Develop markets and acquire new clients (design institutes, contractors, developers, universities) within assigned regions or sectors. - Solution-Based Sales:
Provide BIM solution consulting by aligning software capabilities with client needs (design collaboration, clash detection, construction simulation, cost estimation, facility management). - End-to-End Sales Cycle:
Manage full sales process from lead generation, needs analysis, solution proposal, negotiation, contract signing, to payment collection. - Internal & External Collaboration:
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to deliver successful client outcomes. - Brand Representation:
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and webinars conduct presentations and product demos.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise software/solution sales experience (e.g., CAD, PLM, ERP, engineering software) hybrid technical-sales background preferred.
- Diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Management, or related fields (Bachelor's preferred).
- Strong client engagement, negotiation, and key account management skills.
- Solid understanding of BIM concepts, workflows, and industry trends familiarity with tools such as Revit.
- Highly self-driven with strong learning agility able to work under sales targets and pressure.
