[LTA-PT] MANAGER, PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROMOTION[What you will be working on]
We are seeking a Manager with strong operational oversight, analytical and stakeholder management skills to join us. You will lead a small team to oversee the island‑wide management of bus stop information and related bus stop pole infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and consistency of information provided to commuters.
In addition, you will review and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures to ensure that public transport services and infrastructure are delivered in a more commuter‑centric, accessible and user‑friendly manner. The role also requires comfort with data and analysis to support decision‑making, issue identification and continuous improvement efforts.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the management of bus stop poles located island‑wide, ensuring that bus service information, posters and notices (e.g. new services, route diversions and service changes) are accurate, timely and properly displayed
- Overseeing the installation, maintenance and upkeep of bus stop poles and accessibility features (including Wheelchair‑Accessible Bus stops), and coordinating rectification works where required
- Coordinating with internal divisions, public transport operators and vendors on bus stop‑related operational matters to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption to commuters
- Reviewing and improving relevant operational processes and standard operating procedures to enhance clarity, accessibility and overall commuter experience and
- Supporting broader commuter experience and analytical work within the division, including reviewing data, feedback and operational information to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.
[What we are looking for]
Preferably at least 5 years of working experience, in areas such as infrastructure or asset management, policy implementation, or customer experience - related roles.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work comfortably with data, spreadsheets and operational information to support sense‑making and decision‑making.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across multiple teams and partners.
Self‑driven and organised, with the ability to manage island‑wide responsibilities and multiple priorities concurrently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
