Job Description:

This job is responsible for managing complex, high risk, cross functional programs that drive operational excellence and process-led transformation across Global Credit Operations. This role will partner with Operations teams and key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, deliver end-to-end projects, and embed sustainable change that enhances efficiency, quality, and client experience. Job expectations include serving as the primary point of contact to department managers for critical process change initiatives, using tools to document program performance, and influencing stakeholders to drive strategic changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Definesprogram controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures,and ways of working with key stakeholders

  • Worksclosely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing fornewchangeinitiatives

  • Monitors the execution of defined tasks through tracking of program milestones and their statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against ongoingkey performance indicatorsAnalyzes, evaluates, andovercomesprogramrisks,andproducesprogramreports for managers and stakeholders

  • Identifies key requirements for cross-functional teams external vendorsto perform in alignment with the program objectives

  • Works with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution

  • Meets with stakeholders toprovide transparency intoproject issues and decisions on services, buildspositiverelationships,asksquestions, andusestoolsto uncover root causes to challenges,identifyopportunities,and make recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in business change or transformation management.

  • Strong program management skills with ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.

  • Clear, articulate oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) highly organized and able to work in a team environment.
