Our Client, an established company working on large scale construction projects for more than 35 years, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Logistics / Warehouse Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, check, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to project sites.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maintain a tidy warehouse.
- Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling (training can be provided).
- Perform regular stock-taking and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Support drivers and site teams by preparing and coordinating outgoing deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse supplies and report low stock levels to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred (construction industry experience is a plus)
- Able to lift/move heavy items when required
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Forklift license required
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and punctuality
