Job Summary
Lead and coordinate cleaning services by managing onsite supervisors and teams to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Oversee scheduling, inspections, inventory, and incident management to optimize operations and support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with onsite supervisors and clients to ensure consistent quality service delivery in cleaning operations
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols among cleaning teams during all cleaning activities
- Compile and analyze cleaning operation data to develop actionable recommendations for process improvements
- Review and submit daily and weekly cleaning job reports to clients and management for performance tracking
- Schedule, plan, and conduct site inspections, preparing detailed reports on findings and compliance
- Coordinate across departments to safeguard client interests and achieve established performance metrics
- Manage cleaning teams by assigning tasks and monitoring work progress to meet operational goals
- Plan and deploy manpower effectively across assigned sites to optimize workforce utilization
- Facilitate efficient work processes to enhance productivity and service quality
- Support staff capability development through organizing and delivering relevant training programs
- Participate in recruitment activities to select suitable candidates aligned with job requirements
- Oversee inventory management, including equipment allocation, maintenance scheduling, and stock control
- Allocate equipment, technologies, and supplies to project sites to ensure operational readiness
- Identify and recommend new equipment or technologies to enhance cleaning efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement and monitor maintenance schedules for tools and equipment to ensure reliability
- Initiate purchase requests for materials and equipment needed at sites in a timely manner
- Manage incident reporting by documenting and escalating incidents and emergencies according to protocol
- Guide cleaning teams in appropriate responses to incidents and emergencies to minimize impact
- Track and report all incidents and near misses to support safety reviews and continuous improvement
