Job Summary
Oversee and optimize daily operations to drive efficiency, productivity, and service quality while leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless execution and high service standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with overall business goals and drive growth
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify performance gaps and execute corrective actions
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams to meet and exceed performance targets
- Manage budgets, control costs, and plan resources effectively to maximize operational efficiency
- Analyze and improve workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety standards applicable in Singapore
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams to support integrated business operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead operational excellence projects to foster innovation and efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience (5 years preferred) in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong understanding of the market and regional experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
