Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain, transportation, and distribution operations in Singapore.
• Establish standard operating procedures for export and import activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly for Singapore export and import.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, factories, and customers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise and mentor logistics staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage container forecasting, booking, and coordination of import/export shipments.
• Lead a logistics team and collaborate cross-functionally to improve supply chain efficiency.
