We are looking for a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to oversee the entire product flow, from sourcing to delivery, focusing on strategy, cost efficiency, and operational excellence, involving monitoring demand planning and analyzing data, collaborating cross-functionally and ensuring compliance are also a few of the key aspects of this position. Most importantly, leading the SCM and logistics team, and driving strategic improvements to meet business goals.
This position will be based in Singapore.
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute overall supply chain strategy, align with business objectives, maintain forecasts according to sales budgets and manage costs.
Procurement & Sourcing:
Ensure quality and timely supply of products to the countries.
Logistics & Distribution:
Oversee shipping, stock maintenance (central warehouse, suppliers,countries) transportation, and distribution to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Inventory Management:
Maintain optimal stock levels and reduce stock holding costs.
Data Analytics & KPIs:
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), analyze data for bottlenecks, and report on supply chain health.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams for integrated planning.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance with all applicable business policies, operating processes and procedures.
Team Leadership:
Manage, coach and develop the supply chain team as well as foster a collaborative working environment to attract and retain key talent.
Responsibilities vary according to region and are subject to the manager/reporting line
Core Skills & Qualifications
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
. Empowerment and solution-oriented nature
. Familiarity with supply chain related software, ERP systems, and data tools (like Excel)
. Good understanding of logistics, procurement, forecasting, warehousing, and inventory principles
. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities is non-negotiable
. Previous experience cooperating with European companies
. Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and oral communication in Mandarin is mandatory
. Ability to manage a small team of 4-5 people
