The Global Logistic & Fulfilment team oversees planning, coordinating, and execution of the transportation and distribution of products from CM's to markets across international borders. Reacting in near real-time to global events utilising digital visibility to provide reliable, efficient, and cost-effective logistics services on a global scale.
The Logistics & Fulfilment Manager is responsible for overseeing all logistics, warehousing, and order fulfilment operations for the region. This role ensures efficient, accurate, and timely handling of inventory, order processing, dispatch, and returns, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Hub Operations & Fulfilment
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders to meet or exceed customer SLAs
Liaise with customer service and sales for priority and exception handling
Ensure logistics operations run efficiently and adhere to company policies and operational standards.
Cross-border & Regional Logistics
Manage cross-border shipments, working with carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
Ensure full compliance with regional trade regulations, local import/export laws, and company policies.
Vendor & 3PL Management
Select, contract, and manage 3PL warehousing and logistics partners evaluate performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Build strong relationships with freight forwarders, local couriers, and last-mile partners for high service quality.
Lead contract negotiations for transport, warehousing, materials handling, and value-added service
Process Improvement
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for cost, speed, and service quality
Leverage technology TMS to enhance productivity and data visibility.
Lead or participate in regional logistics projects and network expansion initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Masters preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse, or fulfilment management, preferably in the Asia-Pacific (APEC) region.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required relevant Asian languages highly desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
