Job Scope:
- Providing secretarial support to a team of lawyers
- Heavy document management/edits
- Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserving the confidentiality of firm and client protected information
- Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
Job requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of legal secretarial experience in local or offshore law firms and able to pick up things quickly
- Excellent word processing skills especially with table of contents, mark up/black-lining/track changes
- Adept at handling travel management
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Good command of English and communication skills
- Is proactive, able to work indepedently and as a team player
- Meticulous and has a good eye for details
- Good organisational skills, able to multi-task and to work on own initiatives to anticipate future needs
