Job responsibilities:
You will report to the Banking, Financial Services department and support a team of lawyers while ensuring that their days run smoothly. The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the Banking Department.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize client files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with billing processes, including time entry, invoice preparation, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with clients, banks, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents and filings.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level
- Candidates with at least one year of legal secretarial experience will be ideal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems would be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
