Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking and resourceful Rewards Lead to join our Human Resources team. Someone who can challenge the status quo, think creatively, and co-create practical rewards solutions that address diverse workforce needs while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance. This role will be instrumental in shaping a modern, fit-for-purpose rewards framework that supports both employee well-being and organizational priorities.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and review of employee rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, welfare, and wellness policies.
  • Challenge conventional approaches and propose innovative, practical rewards solutions tailored to a diverse workforce.
  • Engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders with varying priorities across business units, balancing compliance with business relevance.
  • Prepare compelling, data-driven presentations that translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights through effective storytelling for senior leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to operationalize changes and drive effective implementation of initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant employment regulations and internal policies, with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Champion rewards communication, education, and engagement efforts that help employees maximize the value of their total rewards package.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 8 or more years of relevant experience in total rewards, ideally in a complex or matrixed organization.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills; able to manage differing viewpoints and drive alignment.
  • Proven ability to present and communicate effectively, using data to tell a compelling story.
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented; comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Proficient in HR systems (e.g. SAP) and Google Suite.
  • In depth understanding of Singapore's employment laws.
  • Experience with expatriate management and related policies will be an added advantage.
