Your Role

As Akkodis expands its footprint in Singapore and ASEAN, we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR People & Client Services Lead to join our team. This is a hybrid role, ideal for a professional who has transitioned from Talent Acquisition into a broader HR function and is looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.

You will lead both strategic and operational HR and TA efforts, supporting the growth of a future-ready workforce while helping to build Akkodis identity as an employer of choice in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for tech, digital, and engineering roles in Singapore.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors, including Adecco.
  • Develop and execute a local Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead direct sourcing efforts and execute headhunting for critical roles.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to support future workforce needs.
  • Work closely with the global TA/Employer Branding team to develop and localize Akkodis B2C employer branding strategy in Singapore, including managing social media presence, job campaigns, and local branding activities.

HR Business Partnering and Operations

  • Act as the HR lead for Akkodis Singapore, supporting both internal staff and consultants.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement frameworks such as career paths, performance reviews, and L&D plans.
  • Lead performance management cycles and provide guidance to team leads and tech experts.
  • Develop and implement HR operations, systems, and compliance policies tailored to the local context.

Key Requirements

  • 5-10 years of HR and TA experience, ideally with a background in both in-house and agency recruitment.
  • Strong recruitment skills with a focus on technology and engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using local job platforms (e.g., JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external vendors effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and HR trends.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and lean environment.
  • Prior exposure to employer branding initiatives, particularly in collaboration with global teams, is a strong advantage.
