L2 Application Production Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for Java J2EE applications and Unix shell scripting
• Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, web applications, and database issues
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams for job scheduling, MQ setup, and deployment
• Meet SLAs while ensuring high-quality incident resolution

Requirements:

• Experience with Unix commands, SQL queries, and Java/J2EE programming
• Knowledge of JBOSS, MariaDB, Shell scripting, and job scheduling
• Understanding of ITIL processes and banking applications support (advantageous)
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and ownership-driven attitude
