Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 production support for Java J2EE applications
  • Troubleshoot issues using Unix commands, SQL queries, and shell scripts
  • Monitor and support batch jobs, web applications, and MQ setups
  • Follow ITIL processes and ensure SLA adherence

Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in application support or Java development
  • Strong in Java, Unix/Linux, and SQL
  • Familiarity with job schedulers, C:D, and ITIL practices
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
