Senior Application Support Analyst (L2 / Production Support)

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 application support for enterprise systems
• Monitor and ensure daily application health checks before business hours
• Analyse and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests
• Log and document support activities using JIRA or ticketing tools
• Communicate with end users via phone, email, and chat
• Collaborate with project, infrastructure, and production teams to resolve issues
• Track and report escalated incidents (weekly / ad-hoc reporting)
• Support and guide junior team members on operational best practices
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and support standards

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in application support, production support, or development
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, with ability to translate technical issues to non-technical users
• Experience supporting applications within Corporate IT, IT Security, HR systems, or similar domains
• Familiar with application servers and production environments
• Understanding of deployment processes / CI-CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of database scripting (e.g., SQL)
• Experience with scripting or programming languages
• ITIL certification preferred
• Certification in Cybersecurity (Nice to have)

Work Schedule (Shift-Based)

• Asia Shift: 8:45 AM 6:30 PM (SGT)
• EMEA Shift: 3:30 PM 1:00 AM (SGT, next day)
• On-Call (Weekdays): 1:00 AM 8:45 AM (rotation)
• On-Call (Weekends/Public Holidays):
  Rotation basis
• Weekend support: Rotation required
