Involved in 360 full cycle recruitment
Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies
Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients
Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high-calibre talent
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives
