1. Job Description
We are a logistics company seeking a resourceful and independent Finance Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the company's overall financial reporting and internal control functions to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities
- To oversee the daily financial operations
- To ensure timely completion of the monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and other statutory and tax requirements.
- Prepare the annual budget and review variances.
- To manage the annual audit and liaise with the external auditors, regulators and tax agents.
3. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Good working knowledge of SFRS, budgeting and financial analysis.
- Experienced in audit, regulatory compliance, and internal control systems.
- Proficient in Xero accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel.
4. Key Personal Attributes
- High level of integrity and good communication skills.
- Resourceful and able to work independently to meet the monthly reporting requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
