Sales Admin Executive

Job description:

Location: 102E Pasir Panjang Road, Citilink Warehouse Complex

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Quantum Machine Tools Pte. Ltd. is a wholesale machine tools trading house that sells CNC machines to manufacturing companies in Singapore. We provide turnkey solutions for our customers and perform services such as machine installations, relocation, repairs, preventive maintenance and more.

In this role, successful candidates will join the sales team. Candidates are expected to work with the sales team to follow up on orders, quotes, contracts and coordinate with all suppliers. This includes the following:

- Assist sales in basic quotations, purchase order and delivery orders

- Manage relationships with suppliers

- Assist in sales lead administration and data maintenance

- Involve in projects and company activities when required

- Assist in all administrative functions including creating / releasing project related documents

- Preparation of sales report and maintenance contract renewal notice

- Preparation and management of shipping documents

- Order processing for Post Sales and Services Sales Team

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and competencies:

- A Diploma or equivalent relevant experience

- Working experience is not required but highly preferred

- Basic Microsoft office words, PowerPoint and excel proficiency is necessary.

- A team player that is dedicated to get the job done

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Willingness to learn
