Sales Executive / East / MNC

Job Description

• Develop and cultivate business to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.
• Plan, implement and execute business strategies to meet company objectives.
• Prepare business performance reports i.e. Sales and inventory status and control.
• Manage dealers inventory through sell-out activities.
• Manage promoters targets, deployment and sell out achievement.
• Work closely with customers and retail outlets to enhance dealer relationships.
• Manage customers AR and AP.
• Convey monthly sales target to individual promoters
• Supports promoters leave application and update HR Dept
• Support sales team on monthly report.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned in relation to theoperation of the business.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business
• Candidate with 2-3 years of sales experience in related industry (preferred) or consumer products
• Team player with strong analytical, excellent international and communication skills
• Good business acumen and presentation skills
• Good Microsoft excel skills
• Proactive and possess independent qualities
• Good coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
