Job Summary
ComfortDelGro Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager for Employee Benefits Business to manage client insurance portfolios, lead broking functions, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting credit control and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service clients insurance portfolios to ensure comprehensive coverage and achieve high client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and improve client retention rates
- Execute broking functions including remarketing insurance policies, negotiating terms with insurers, placing policies, and administering policy documentation to optimize client outcomes
- Compare and evaluate insurance terms and conditions to recommend tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Promote wellness and health initiatives to enhance employee benefits programs and support client engagement
- Perform credit control activities to monitor client accounts, manage payments, and minimize financial risk
- Carry out administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient business operations and compliance with corporate governance
- Assist in developing key account plans and program structures aligned with holistic health, wellness, and customer engagement strategies
- Apply technical, product, and market knowledge to communicate effectively with senior management and conclude account negotiations and renewals with insurance markets
- Ensure compliance with MAS rules, regulations, and corporate governance requirements in all business activities
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess insurance qualifications M5 and M9 as mandated for the role
- Demonstrate relevant experience as an insurance broker managing Employee Benefits portfolios
- Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support business functions
