What You'll Do

. Day-to-day planning, managing and tracking of projects, reviewing of plans (timelines, budgets, scopes, overall proposal) in timely manner.

. Understand client and campaign needs, and align the strategy and creative teams on the ask, through clarity in internal and external communications.

. Effective problem solving, managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure a satisfactory way forward.

. Manage the creative development process and ensure quality output from ideation to execution and production - working with the creative team to provide tight brief-ins to partners and vendors.

. Own the administration of finances on your accounts, including cost estimates/quotations, invoicing and, seeing through payment to the agency and vendors.

. Have a rigorous approach to planning project resources, timelines and deliverables, with the ability to manage expectations and ensure deliverables of all parties involved.

What You'll Need

- At least 2 to 5 years experience in project/account management roles at creative/marketing agencies

- Excellent time management

- Strong negotiation skills

- Exceptional teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

- The ability to juggle multiple projects, work effectively under pressure or tight deadlines

- An attention to detail

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Powerpoint and Excel)
