Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support cost management and quantity surveying functions for construction and interior fit-out projects. The role involves assisting in cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurements
- Support tender preparation and evaluation processes
- Monitor project costs and track variations
- Assist in contract administration and documentation
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of construction and costing principles
- Familiarity with QS software and MS Excel
