Job Summary
You will verify customer information, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports to support the sales team in meeting targets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send accurate sales proposals and contracts to clients to facilitate sales agreements
- Contact customers by phone or email to resolve queries and obtain missing information for order completion
- Verify orders and collect all necessary documents to ensure smooth processing
- Maintain and update sales and customer records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate with internal teams to expedite order processing and delivery timelines
- Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments to drive continuous improvement
- Provide administrative support to the sales department to enhance operational efficiency
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the sales team to support daily sales operations

- Apply knowledge of sales principles and practices to support sales activities
- Use CRM software and MS Office, especially MS Excel, to manage sales data and reports
- Understand sales performance metrics to assist in achieving sales goals
