Job Summary

You will verify customer information, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports to support the sales team in meeting targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send accurate sales proposals and contracts to clients
  • Contact customers by phone or email to resolve queries and obtain missing information
  • Verify orders and gather all necessary documents for processing
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records to ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate internally to expedite order processing and delivery
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the sales team to support operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Proficient use of CRM software and MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Understanding sales performance metrics to support sales goals
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time efficiently
