Job Summary
You will verify customer information, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports to support the sales team in meeting targets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send accurate sales proposals and contracts to clients
- Contact customers by phone or email to resolve queries and obtain missing information
- Verify orders and gather all necessary documents for processing
- Maintain and update sales and customer records to ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate internally to expedite order processing and delivery
- Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the sales team to support operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Proficient use of CRM software and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Understanding sales performance metrics to support sales goals
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time efficiently
