Review the tender drawings and specifications to ensure all measurements and quantities are accounted for to achieve realistic commercial value for each project.
Produce quantity measurement, Bill of Quantities, and cost estimates within the targeted timeline.
Prepare and source for quotations, including preparing the quotation list and documents for quote, calling of quotes, monitoring return quotes, evaluate quotes and giving feedback on status of quote.
Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and internal departments in resolving project development and technical issues.
Requirements
Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred. Experience in tendering work will be a plus.
Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
Sound computer literacy, including advanced skills in Excel.
