Job Summary
Join Spaceman as a Sales Consultant to guide customers in selecting and customizing innovative space-saving furniture, delivering exceptional service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer and client enquiries both online and offline, ensuring thorough follow-up to maximize engagement
- Pursue and qualify sales leads to convert prospects into customers
- Advise customers on product selection and customization options to meet their space-saving needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with invoicing, diary management, administrative tasks, and paperwork to support smooth operations
- Commit to working on weekends to meet customer demand and store requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess relevant A Levels as a minimum educational qualification
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to produce simple 3D visualisations by hand or using SketchUp or other 3D software to propose customized furniture solutions to customers
- Hold a relevant Professional Certificate or NiTEC qualification
- Demonstrate excellent organisation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage customers
- Exhibit strong customer service skills and proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word and Excel
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Work independently with self-motivation and a proactive approach
