Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. You will work closely with senior management to ensure accurate financial operations and contribute to strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 13 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and finance software
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Good English communication
Nice to Have
- Progress toward ACCA / CIMA / CPA
- Experience with ERP systems
- Audit or tax background
