About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and business performance analysis. This role works closely with senior finance leadership to ensure accurate financial management and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements
- Conduct variance analysis and KPI tracking
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Monitor cash flow and working capital management
- Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations and accounting standards (SFRS)
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders
- Improve financial processes and internal controls
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 24 years of relevant experience (FP&A / Accounting / Audit)
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax environment (GST preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Netsuite)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good command of English
Preferred
- Part-qualified ACCA / CPA / CA (Singapore)
- Experience in MNC or shared service environment
- Exposure to regional APAC reporting
- Power BI or dashboard reporting experience
