About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and control activities. You will work closely with senior management to ensure accurate financial operations and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare financial reports and management accounts
- Monitor cash flow, costs, and profitability
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Coordinate with accounting, tax, and audit teams
- Analyse KPIs and business performance
- Improve financial processes and controls
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 13 years of finance or accounting experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Knowledge of IFRS / local GAAP
- Good English communication
Desirable
- Part-qualified ACCA / CIMA / CPA
- Experience with ERP systems
- Power BI / financial modelling
- Audit or FP&A background
