About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Junior Finance Manager to support financial strategy, business partnering, and regional reporting across APAC. This role goes beyond traditional accounting and focuses on value creation, performance optimisation, and strategic decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis and performance dashboards
- Partner with commercial teams to drive revenue growth and margin improvement
- Prepare monthly management packs for senior leadership
- Manage cash flow forecasting and capital planning
- Ensure compliance with SFRS, GST, and local statutory requirements
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
- Support M&A analysis or investment evaluation (if applicable)
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 36 years of progressive finance experience
- Strong FP&A and business partnering exposure
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Netsuite)
- Knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax environment
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English communication
Highly Preferred
- ACCA / CPA / CA (Singapore) qualified or near completion
- Experience in FinTech / Technology / Regional HQ environment
- Exposure to Power BI / Tableau / data visualisation tools
- Experience handling APAC regional reporting
- Background in Big 4 audit (bonus advantage)
