About The Project
We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter to join a 6-month contractual project with a global leader in Identity and Security solutions. The selected consultant will be instrumental in driving proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process in close collaboration with the in-house recruitment team.
Scope Of Work
- Support passive search and proactive sourcing for various open IT roles
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand hiring priorities and address gaps
- Conduct initial screenings, pre-assessments, and evaluate candidate suitability
- Maintain recruitment documentation, dashboards, and status reports as required
Key Deliverables
- Shortlist of qualified candidates aligned with specific job descriptions
- Weekly recruitment status and progress reports
- A well-mapped and documented talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 36 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards
- Experience in hiring across cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise technology sales, and presales domains preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup
