. 5+ years experience in agency or freelance recruitment.

. Strong track record of placements and business development success.

. Confident in building, managing, and expanding client relationships.

Remuneration

This is a commission-only role - ideal for recruiters who want to take control of their earnings.

. Commission: Up to 70% of billings.

. Earnings: Indicative range SGD 5000 - SGD20,000+ per month, depending on placements.
