Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and candidates, identifying and attracting top talent, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. Your expertise and passion for recruitment will drive business growth and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
- Present candidates to clients, negotiate job offers, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve recruitment processes.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of working experience, with 1+ years of sales experience in Tech/Consulting or Recruitment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to the clients and meeting targets.
- Strong understanding of the tech and consulting industry, market trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
