Responsibilities:
. Responsible for 360 recruitment process
. Manage end to end execution of job orders: accurately load job order and understand requirements of the position source candidate list present candidates to client arrange interviews negotiate offer and guarantee follow up
. Interview candidates to shortlist as part of job execution and database enhancement
. Ensure efficient turnaround of job orders and provision of quality candidates that meet clients specifications
. Identify new business opportunities in APAC markets, including Singapore, Malaysia and other regions
. Develop existing client relationships
. Cross sell and generate leads for other teams and other offices in both recruitment and business services
. Become an expert in current market / industry trends relating to the industry or job function
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in any disciplines
. 5+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience in sizable recruitment firms
. Proven track record of APAC recruitment in any industry
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong charisma
. Outgoing, able to influence others with high energy, passion and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
. Fluent in verbal and written English. Mandarin and Cantonese a plus
