Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on sourcing and placing top-tier IT infrastructure professionals, such as desktop support engineers, network engineers, and system administrators, with a strong emphasis on hiring local candidates. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for IT recruitment, a strong sense of urgency, and a consultative mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand technical hiring needs for infrastructure roles, including desktop support, network engineers, system administrators, and IT helpdesk professionals.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through platforms such as MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, JobStreet, and internal databases.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates technical fit and soft skills.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring infrastructure roles.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates, market insights, and talent availability reports to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and a great candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to infrastructure hiring (desktop support, networking, systems roles).
  • Good understanding of Singapore's local talent market and employment regulations
  • Experience using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, MyCareersFuture, Job Portals, and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to deliver in a target-driven environment.
