Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance on servers, user computers, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
- Monitor IT assets and anticipate hardware/software replacements or upgrades.
- Implement and maintain IT security measures, monitor policies, and ensure compliance with security requirements.
- Analyse, test, and troubleshoot network systems including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based environments.
- Diagnose technical issues and deploy effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Understand and respond to user needs, providing IT support and training when necessary.
- Manage user accounts for onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain and support a broad range of IT infrastructure, systems, and network services.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new hardware and software technologies.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, or internal teams to implement new systems or technologies.
- (Optional) Troubleshoot and configure CCTV systems.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management or technical support.
- Proficient in managing Windows Server OS and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking and network security.
- Experience with cloud environments is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both hardware and software issues.
- (Optional) Experience with CCTV system configuration and maintenance.
