Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure service request management processes comply with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Prepare and consolidate detailed weekly and monthly operational reports
- Maintain and update monthly billing trackers to support accurate financial monitoring
- Manage account administration and track SSL certificates to ensure compliance and timely renewals
- Coordinate meeting schedules and oversee room bookings for departmental activities
- Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration or other relevant field.
- Relevant experience in administrative support or IT Operations
- Only Singaporean
