Executive, IT & Digital Transformation (Healthcare)

Play a vital role in supporting data governance, user access, and IT audit initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to be part of the digital transformation journey, ensuring that data and systems are well-governed, secure, and compliant.

What you'll be doing

• Support the development and implementation of data governance and compliance processes
• Assist in advising and guiding staff on data use, research compliance, and policy matters
• Contribute to the rollout of new user access policies, review system access controls, and maintain access governance frameworks
• Provide support in IT audit planning, execution, and follow-up actions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Assist in preparing audit documentation, reports, and materials for management and external auditors
• Participate in ad-hoc projects such as investigations, policy reviews, and staff training initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Business/ Healthcare Administration or related studies
• 1 - 3 years of similar working experience
• Interest or prior exposure in IT management/ Healthcare/ Business Analysis will be beneficial
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with an eye for detail and process improvement
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and keen to develop further technical skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team, while meeting project timelines
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
