The IT Executive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing technical support to staff across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, hardware, software, LAN, and network systems.
- Administer and maintain servers and network infrastructure in a Microsoft environment.
- Perform regular data backup, recovery, and ensure system security.
- Manage network capacity and email administration.
- Provide user support and training on IT applications troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide ERP system support for the orgainsation.
- Assist in the procurement of IT hardware, software, telecommunications, and office equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for the IT services and support.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and implement failover procedures.
- Participate in IT-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update company websites.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, networking, Microsoft Active Directory, and email administration
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
